Have you also considered letting your apartment in Turkey out for rent?
Typically you only use your apartment for a smaller period of time every year. The rest of the year the apartment is empty. We offer to help you make money on your apartment in the vacant periods and we will handle the entire renting process for you. There is no binding period, and you can of course block for renting in the periods where you want to use the apartments yourself
This is examples of what we will handle for you:

We will display your apartment on our rental homepage

We will make adds on the internet search engines and expose your apartment for as many people as possible

We will handle all contact with the possible renters – including all questions about apartment, area and other practical information requested by the renters

We will make the best match for you and the renters based on the best details from your home

We will make the contract with the renters and insure that they know what behaviors is expected when living in other people’s homes.

We charge deposit from the renters to ensure that they are coming

We book transfers to/from airport

We visit your apartment before the renters arrive to make sure that everything is ready.

Before picking up the renters we turn on electricity and water in the apartment

We hand over the key to the renters and collect it again when they leaves

While the renters are in Alanya we are their primary contact for any question they might have about their stay.

When the renters leave we check the apartment for any damages or missing things. If anything is wrong we make arrangement with renters, charge their deposit and inform you what has happened

Part of the rental is a mandatory cleaning including wash of towels and linned. This is performed by our cleaning team to ensure the quality

Your rental fee is transferres to your account once every quarter
